How The Wedding DJ Hire Process Works

ENQUIRY

You will receive a personalised quote for your wedding, covering all the essential details. This includes my availability, how I approach your event, what services are provided, and a clear breakdown of the costs involved.

BOOKING

Once you confirm you’re ready to proceed with the quote, I’ll guide you through the next steps. I’ll finalise all the details and send you my booking terms along with an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your date. After that, everything is set!

CONSULTATION

I’ll send you an email four weeks before your wedding to schedule a consultation with you to create a run sheet and go over key details like music choices, timing, and other important aspects to ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day.

CONFIRMATION

Your final payment is due two weeks before your event. One week prior, I will finalise the run sheet with you if it wasn’t already completed during your consultation.

WEDDING

I will arrive 1.5 hours before your event to handle the full setup. Throughout the night, I’ll be there to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan. All that’s left for you is to enjoy and have the best time!
